Placement Screening

This is a 10-minute, completely private (just you and the director) screening. The purpose is to get to know our Musical Director, place you in the correct section, and to get an idea of your voice and ability to sing the music for the season.

You'll do simple vocal exercises with our director so he can get an idea of your range and ability to sing on pitch.

You'll sight-read (with ample help) something very simple such as a hymn or a folk song. You will not need to bring an accompanist.
